 Moberly is great mix of rural and small city. We have the peaceful relaxed atmosphere of the country with many of the amenities that you would expect only from larger cities. Education thrives in the Moberly area with 2 colleges in town and 6 major universities within driving distance. Shopping options range from major retailers to local colorful shops. Recreational facilities are top-notch: a new $3.1million dollar aquatic center, and a new $6.5 million YMCA facility. Our area is a great place for horse back riding, hunting, and fishing with 760 acres of developed recreational parks. In Contrast we lack the problems of major metro areas like high crime, traffic, and high costs of living.
