Moberly, MO - The Moberly City Council is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Brian Crane as the city’s new city manager. During a meeting held on Monday, January 11th, the city council voted 5-0 to employ Brian Crane as city manager, effective February 1st, 2016. Mr. Crane has served as city administrator in Holts Summit, MO since 2010 and previously worked as city administrator in Unionville, MO prior to Holts Summit.
