The 100-acre site is located on 4-lane US Highway 63 thirty miles north of Interstate 70 and twenty-five miles south of 4-lane US Highway 36 which will soon become Interstate 72. The Industrial Park is within 500 miles of 45% of the US population and within 49% of all US manufacturing offering Moberly industries a distinct competitive advantage.  The Park is located within ½ mile of the Omar N.
