Complete information is also available on DED's ARPA’s tourism webpage. The revised guidelines seek to clear up eligibility questions about entertainment venue operators and entities that rent or lease their venue but do not own their venue. Entities that rent or lease their space must do so for at least 10 months of the year and rent a single venue. Please note that the revised guidelines supersede any and all previous guidance issued for the program. Application Launch Date Updated DED's ARPA Entertainment Industry Grant Program will now open for applications on May 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CST via the MO DED ARPA Federal Initiatives Submission Manager.
