About the event
Employers and community leaders are invited to attend a free WRAP Training Lunch & Learn on April 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at A Stroke of Magic, 215 West Reed Street in Moberly.
This event is being hosted as part of the Rural Leaders of Economic Mobility program, organized by the National Association of Counties. Through this initiative, the Audrain County Commission, Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce, and Randolph County Commission are partnering to bring specialized workforce training to the region.
The training will introduce employers to theories, tools, and solutions that have been proven to support workforce retention and improve employee morale. Participants will receive:
Free lunch
A free textbook
Extensive training on the Workforce Resource Assistance Program (WRAP)
