Help Shape Northeast Missouri’s Workforce Future

The Northeast Missouri Development Partnership (NMDP) is taking an important step to understand and strengthen our regional workforce — and we need your help!

NMDP has partnered with Growth Services Group, a national workforce intelligence and consulting firm, to conduct two employer surveys:

• Industrial Employer Workforce Survey – focused on manufacturers and industrial employers

• Healthcare Employer Workforce Survey – focused on hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers

These surveys are designed to capture employers’ perspectives on wages, benefits, commuting distances, hiring challenges, and workforce skill levels. Your input will be used to create aggregate reports (individual responses will remain confidential) that will guide future workforce development initiatives across Northeast Missouri.

Each survey takes about 30 minutes to complete and is designed to be quick and user-friendly.
