Central State Enterprises of Missouri, Inc. has purchased assets and business of Qualico Precision P


Moberly, MO – Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation announced today that Central State Enterprises of Missouri, Inc. has purchased assets and business of Qualico Precision Products LLC. Qualico Precision Products employed 35 people at its manufacturing facility in Moberly, Missouri, and Central State Enterprises of Missouri plans to continue the acquired Qualico Precision Products manufacturing operations in Moberly.

In addition to the purchase of Qualico Precision Products business and assets, the company plans to grow its operations in Moberly, Missouri. According to MAEDC President Corey Mehaffy, the company was impressed with the skilled, experienced workforce in Randolph County as well as the infrastructure that is in place at the Moberly manufacturing site.

Mehaffy added, “We are excited about this opportunity to work with Central State Enterprises. This project maintains skilled jobs in our region and we are confident that Central State Enterprises will be a strong partner to the community of Moberly. It is a great company and we look forward to partnering with them to help them grow their investment in Moberly in the years to come.”
