
Moberly, MO – Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation announced today that Noviqu, a software development firm, will be expanding operations to Moberly, Missouri. The company founded by Chad and Anna Haney and Austin Gardner currently employs four full-time employees but plans to more than double its size with the expansion to Moberly.
In the near term, the company has leased space in the former Commerce Bank Building in the Downtown Moberly Community Improvement District. According to MA
EDC President Corey Mehaffy, the company intends to reside in the former Commerce building while they purchase and renovate a building in downtown Moberly. Mehaffy added, “We are grateful to Matt Brownfield for his assistance in providing temporary lease space to help us move this project forward in Moberly.”
In addition to Noviqu, the ownership group continues to operate Tin Can Technologies, founded in 2014, which uses the latest technologies to offer custom software, design and web solutions for clients.
Mehaffy added, “We are excited about this opportunity to work with the Noviqu team and we are grateful for their investment in Moberly. This project brings exciting new tech opportunities to the MAEDC Region and we are confident that Noviqu will be a strong partner with the community of Moberly.
