Every year, the Missouri National Guard is spends around $800k feeding its Soldiers and Airman during training events throughout the state of Missouri.
Previously these transactions were usually a Credit Card transaction, but as polices shift, the use of agency credit cards has been discouraged. The Missouri National Guard is now seeking to register Restaurants, Caterers, Food Trucks, and other food service providers on sam.gov so that the agency may award contracts and ultimately set up a multiple award blanket purchase agreement directly with the food service providers in Missouri who have an interest in supporting our Airman and Soldiers during training events. Specific emphasis in Northeast Missouri and surrounding areas include: Boonville, Chillicothe, Columbia, Fulton, Hannibal, Macon, Mexico, Moberly, and Trenton.
Our APEX Accelerator team (our government contracting specialists) is hosting an event to connect food service vendors with the Missouri National Guard Contracting Office in Jefferson City on July 13, 2023 from noon – 3pm at the Ike Skelton Training Sight (ISTS).
