Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation Announces Re-certification of the Howard County Industrial Park

Fayette, MO– The Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation (MAEDC) is pleased to announce the re-certification of the Howard County Industrial Park by the Missouri Certified Sites (MCS) Technical Review Team. Effective immediately, the site has been recertified for another three-year term, extending through July 31, 2027.

The MCS Technical Review Team found that all required information and responses for the recertification were fully complete and satisfactory without any follow-up required. This achievement underscores the Howard County Industrial Park’s position as a key economic asset to Fayette and the entire Mid-Missouri region.

Kaylee Paffrath, President/CEO of MAEDC, expressed her enthusiasm for this milestone: "We are thrilled to announce the re-certification of the Howard County Industrial Park. This designation reaffirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for our economic assets and highlights the park’s readiness to attract new development opportunities. Our team is confident that this recertification will continue to bring significant economic benefits to our community and the broader region."

The Howard County Industrial Park is among the state’s thirty-five premier land sites certified under the MCS program. This re-certification not only enhances the site’s attractiveness to potential investors but also solidifies its role in driving economic development within the region.
