The US Small Business Administration recently announced several new developments and improvements to modernize SBA’s Loan Programs to expand access to capital for small businesses. Changes include simplifying the eligibility determination process, adding new fraud review on SBA loans, providing new guidelines for lenders on how to make SBA loans and clarifying affiliation standards to make it clear who qualifies for an SBA loan.
